GTT authored the full architectural and interior design scope for this comprehensive renovation and addition to an early twentieth-century farmhouse. The design approach preserved the home’s historic character while layering in contemporary elements that bring light, openness, and modern function.

A new primary suite addition was carefully scaled to complement the massing of the original farmhouse, its form sympathetic yet distinct. Contemporary infusions—ample glazing, clean detailing, and unexpected spatial connections—create a sense of freshness without overpowering the existing structure.

At the rear, the addition opens into a courtyard anchored by a pool and flanked by the main house, the new suite wing, and a pool house. This outdoor ensemble creates a private oasis, blending architecture and landscape into a seamless backdrop for daily living and entertaining.
